The use of formatting, graphics, and multimedia will be encouraged to aid comprehension. Participants will focus on developing topics with relevant facts and examples, using precise language and maintaining a formal style to convey ideas effectively.

In this segment, students will explore the art of narrative writing by engaging and orienting the reader with context and character introduction. Instruction will emphasize the use of transition words to manage sequences and shifts in time and setting, culminating in narratives with thoughtful conclusions that reflect on the experiences or events.
